In a small village, twenty kilometers from the Vineyard, renovated family home, adjoining another B&B but very independent.
First floor: large kitchen opening onto dining room with wood-burning stove and stone walls. Living room with fireplace and pool table. One bedroom (1 bed 160, 1 bed 90). Shower room with WC.
Upstairs: one bedroom with 1 x 160 bed, one bedroom with 2 x 90 twin beds and one bedroom with 3 x 90 beds, 2 of which are twin beds. Separate shower room and WC. Terrace. Table tennis, table soccer. Enclosed courtyard and large 600 m2 shady garden with swing. 1 pet allowed. Bicycles can be stored in the Holiday cottage basement.
15 minutes from A6, 25 minutes from Beaune, the Burgundy wine capital. Nearby: Vallée de l'Ouche tourist railroad and Musée des Outils de Bligny sur Ouche (4.5 kms) 15 kms from Châteauneuf-en-Auxois: medieval village 10 kms from Etang de Fouché with supervised swimming at Arnay-le-Duc etc...

De l'espace que ce soit à l'intérieur ou l'extérieur
5/5Nous avons grandement apprécié ce gîte avec nos enfants et petits enfants (4 adultes et 2 enfants). Tout est fait pour se ressourcer : l'endroit est très calme, il y a tout ce qu'il faut comme jeux intérieur ou extérieur... pour les petits et les grands. Les chambres sont spacieuses, une grande salle de douche et une plus petite mais c'était parfait.
