20 minutes from the capital of Burgundy, detached, fully renovated 19th-century house on one level, set in 1400 m² of enclosed grounds.
Large character living room (Burgundy tiles and French ceiling) with lounge and dining room. Separate fitted kitchen with glass roof over living room.
A small bedroom with 2 90cm beds and en-suite shower room with WC. A second bedroom with 2 twin beds 90 × 200 and a third bedroom with a bed 160 × 200. Shower room with Italian shower. Separate WC. Folding bed, high chair, baby bath, booster seat, changing mat and play mat available on request.
Enclosed grounds with parking, terrace and large garden with trees. Pets not allowed. Horses welcome in the meadow. 2 bicycles available. Non-smoking Holiday cottage. Bicycle storage in a small annex.
Nearby Holiday cottage, bus stop for Dijon.
Bed linen and cleaning included in the price.
Charges and extras :
Gas heating: daily charge of €15.
Bathroom linen: 6 € per person for the stay.
Sightseeing: the Canal de Bourgogne, ideal for walking and cycling. Numerous cultural sites, including Cîteaux Abbey, Clos Vougeot château, the Route des Crus and the Hospices de Beaune, both Unesco World Heritage sites, and the port of Saint Jean de Losne. Just ten kilometers from Dijon, the city of the Dukes of Burgundy offers a wealth of attractions and events all year round: Museums of Fine Arts, the historical Owl Trail, gourmet restaurants, etc... North of Dijon, MuséoParc Alésia and Abbaye de Fontenay. Also close to Jura tourist sites such as the Arc et Senans royal saltworks.

Brigitte Très agréable semaine dans ce gîte spacieux et plaisant dont nous avons apprécié la fraîcheur lors des 3 jours de grosse chaleur. Notre hôte est bien sympathique et de bons conseils. Merci donc à Brigitte pour ses oeufs frais et son sourire.

Flomam Le gîte est spacieux et confortable. Il est très bien équipé, on peut y cuisiner comme à la maison. Vous serez à 20 minutes de Dijon et proche de la route des vins prestigieux de Bourgogne. Il y a un grand terrain avec barbecue et vélos à disposition. Un petit bémol sur la chambre côté rue, elle est un peu bruyante mais pour des enfants qui dorment à poings fermés c’est parfait.

les ch'ti C'est un gîte particulièrement agréable , au calme , bonne literie , très pratique en plein pied , rien ne manque , extérieur bien aménagé .Situation parfaite pour rayonner dans la région .

Grande réactivité pour répondre aux questions.
Jardin et espace extérieur vraiment agréables.
Maison spacieuse et bien équipée, arrangée avec goût.
Literie très confortable. Jolies parures de lits.
Les - :
Maison bourguignonne du XIX°s. donc beaucoup moins lumineuse que ce que les photos laissaient supposer.
La chambre des enfants sent l'humidité et donne sur la rue principale du village. Il n'y a certes pas beaucoup de passage mais les motos s'entendent énormément.
La connexion internet n'est pas très performante.

Laine Jean-Louis L'accueil était parfait, et l'hôtesse très à l'écoute de nos demandes, l'équipement au dessus de tous éloges. La documentation sur place était très complète, la situation idéale pour visiter Dijon (en tram!) et la route des vins. Un merveilleux souvenir pour nous six!
