This renovation, which sublimates the charm of the old, will seduce you with its environment, its comfort, its quality equipment and its refined, industrial-style decoration. On the raised ground floor, you enter a large, pleasant and modern living room. Open-plan fitted kitchen, sitting area with wood-burning stove (wood supplied on request), flat-screen TV and large dining table.
3 double bedrooms (two with 160x200cm beds and one with twin 80x200cm beds) and 1 four-person bedroom with single beds (90x200cm), ideal for Kids. A bathroom with bath and WC, two shower rooms with walk-in showers (one with WC) and 1 separate WC. Upstairs, a superb under-roof bedroom with exposed beams, equipped with 4 twin beds (80x200cm) and a separate toilet on the landing.
A second living room with flat-screen TV, board games, electronic darts and table soccer. Air-conditioned. Pets not allowed.
The exterior will also meet your expectations. On one side, a courtyard with wooden table and barbecue (Cécile and David access their house from this side of the property), on the other, a magnificent park to delight your toddlers (swing, badminton net, ping pong table and trampoline), terrace with garden furniture.
Finally, a pétanque court bordered by meadows with sheep, goats and donkeys.
A change of scenery and relaxation guaranteed!
From the garden, access to a secondary kitchen with sink, dishwasher and laundry area.
Baby equipment: cot, changing mat, bath, potty, booster seat, bottle warmer and high chair.
Bed linen, end-of-stay cleaning, kitchen linen, heating, electricity included.

30 kilometers from Dijon, Bèze is a pretty medieval village crossed by the river of the same name. Spring, caves, restaurants in the village.

Gaudisson Superbe maison ! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles.
Tout était parfait. Le village est aussi très agréable.
Nous y sommes venus un long weekend pour nous retrouver en famille et tous étaient ravis.
Il y a tout le nécessaire aussi pour les enfants avec vaisselle appropriée et jeux extérieurs.
Le fait d avoir une cuisine d été en plus de la maison est aussi très appréciable. Pas besoin d'amener la vaisselle etc...tout est en double.

Natacha Le gîte est idéal pour un séjour en groupe !
Il est magnifique, avec une belle pièce de vie et un second salon très chaleureux !
Tout est neuf et décoré avec goût ! La cuisine est très bien équipé, les literies sont de qualité et confortables. On s'y sent parfaitement bien !

Elodie Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis par Cécile et David. Ce sont des hôtes aux petits soins : des cadeaux de bienvenue à la visite de leur terrain et de leurs animaux, ils sont toujours disponibles.
Le gîte est magnifiquement décoré et équipé.
Nous avons passé un weekend entre amis et ne nous sommes pas ennuyés avec toutes les activités !

ALICE Gîte très agréable. Merci pour l'accueil et la propreté des lieux. Le gîte est fourni en jeux et loisirs ( table de ping/pong, pétanque, babyfoot, fléchettes, jeux de sociétés..); La literie est très confortable. Très bien fourni en ustensile de cuisine, appareil à raclette, essoreuse à salade, cafetière multi capsule.. Bonne continuation !

Laurent Superbe expérience au gîte de la Forge ou tout a répondu à nos attentes. Le gîte est grand, confortable, très bien agencé et la décoration est soignée. Les équipements sont nombreux et bien adaptés pour la capacité du gîte. La météo ne nous a pas permis de profiter des espaces extérieurs comme nous l'aurions souhaité, mais tout y est également : espace, équipements, jeux pour enfants, animaux...
Très bon accueil et bonne communication avec les hôtes (merci encore !).
