First floor: large open-plan living area with fitted kitchen (small fridge with freezer compartment), dining room and lounge. Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Upstairs: a lovely bedroom (1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed), a second WC and a mezzanine offering additional single sleeping space. Private enclosed terrace and shared parking. Holiday cottage adjoining another (21G814 for 5 people).

Chaignay is a small village of just over 500 souls, ideally nestled in the heart of a magnificent region. The capital of Burgundy, Dijon, is just 20 minutes away. No more than 30 minutes to the Route des Grands Crus at Gevrey-Chambertin, then on to Morey Saint Denis, Vougeot, Nuits St Georges, Beaune, Pommard, Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. Nearby: Hiking, accrobranches, paintball, motocross, Bèze caves...
