You'll be staying in a Holiday cottage completely renovated by Cécile and David, ideal for 8 people. This renovation, which sublimates the charm of the old, will seduce you with its environment, its comfort, its quality equipment and its sought-after, industrial-style decoration. Bricks, stone and beams combine to perfection.

On the raised ground floor, you enter a large, pleasant and modern living room. Open-plan fitted kitchen, sitting area with wood-burning stove (wood supplied on request), flat-screen TV and large dining table.

2 double bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm bed, the other with twin 80x200cm beds). Bathroom with bath and WC, shower room with walk-in shower and 1 separate WC. Upstairs, a superb under-roof bedroom with exposed beams, equipped with 4 twin beds (80x200cm) and a separate WC on the landing. Air-conditioned.

The exterior will also meet your expectations. On one side, a courtyard with wooden table and barbecue (Cécile and David access their house from this side of the property), on the other, a magnificent park to delight your toddlers: swing, badminton net, ping pong table and trampoline. Terrace with garden furniture. Private parking.

Last but not least, a pétanque court bordered by meadows with sheep, goats and donkeys.
A change of scenery and relaxation guaranteed! Pets not allowed.

From the garden, access to a secondary kitchen with sink, dishwasher and laundry area.

Bed linen, end-of-stay cleaning, kitchen linen, heating, electricity included. Towels optional (€4/person).
Baby equipment on request: baby bed, changing mat, bathtub, potty, booster seat, bottle warmer and high chair.

30 kilometers from Dijon, Bèze is a pretty medieval village crossed by the river of the same name. Spring, caves, restaurants in the village.
Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
