Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, two with 140x200 cm beds and one with a 160x200 bed. Shower room with toilet.
Cleaning, linen, bath towels, heating and air-conditioning are included in the price.
Easy, free parking in front of the house, with all shops nearby.

Bernard Maison très confortable dans un quartier tranquille près de tout.
Jérémy est extrêmement accueillant et a fait en sorte qu’on se sente chez nous. La maison est bien située près des commerces tout en étant très tranquille pour un bon repos. On ne manquait de rien et l’air climatisé fonctionne très bien. De plus, ce gîte possède une très belle cour extérieure intime.

Alice NX Jeremy nous a accueilli de façon chaleureuse sans être envahissant. Nous a donné de bons conseils et fait en sorte qu'on se sente très à l aise dans son gîte.
Il était très confortable, 3 grandes chambres et surtout très bien équipé ! Ce qui est très agréable à l heure des airbnb impersonnels.

Stéphanie Le propriétaire est très sympa. Il nous a accueilli lui même et nous a présenté la maison. Tout était disponible sur place : draps, serviettes, vaisselle en suffisance, climatisation bienvenue vu la canicule. Literie et canapés confortables. Voisinage calme. Le tout à 10 minutes du centre de Dijon!
