In the tranquility of a flower-lined alley, in a house with exposed stone walls, enjoy an authentic stay in northern Côte d’Or, in Molesme, at the crossroads of three departments: the Yonne is 12 km away and the Aube is 9 km away.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a large living room with a sitting area and dining space. The fireplace promises cozy evenings by the fire.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped (refrigerator-freezer, oven, microwave, stovetop, small appliances). Bean-to-cup coffee machine. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry area with a washing machine and dishwasher.
One double bedroom (160x200 bed) with a flat-screen TV. The bathroom features a bathtub; the toilet is separate.
Upstairs, two air-conditioned bedrooms are available, one with a 140x200cm bed, the other with two 90x200 mattresses that form a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV (NETFLIX subscription), a minibar, a welcome tray, and a walk-in closet. There is a shower room with a separate toilet.
The enclosed, flower-filled, rustic garden features garden furniture, two sun loungers, and a gas grill. Easy parking is available 100 meters from the house. Secure bike storage available upon request.
The house’s beautiful vaulted cellar will be your refuge during hot weather.
The holiday cottage is rented on an “all inclusive” basis: beds are made on arrival, bathroom linen is provided, utilities (electricity, heating) are included, as well as end-of-stay housekeeping.
Pets are allowed (up to 2) and the property is fully fenced.
