In a quiet, flower-filled lane, in a stone-built house, enjoy an authentic stay in the northern Côte d'Or, in Molesme, at the crossroads of three départements: Yonne is 12 km away and Aube 9 km.
On the first floor, you'll find a large living room with sitting area and dining area. The fireplace promises cosy evenings by the fire.
The kitchen is self-contained and fully equipped (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hob, small electrical appliances). Bean-to-cup coffee machine. A laundry area with washing machine and dishwasher is also available.
One double bedroom (bed 160x200) with flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a bathtub and separate WC.
Upstairs, two bedrooms are available, one with a 140x200cm bed, the other with two 90x200 mattresses forming a king-size bed, flat-screen TV (NETFLIX subscription), minibar, courtesy tray, dressing room. Shower room with WC.
The enclosed, flower-filled garden features garden furniture, sun loungers (x2) and a gas barbecue. Easy parking 100 m from the house. Secure bicycle storage available on request.
The house's beautiful vaulted cellar will be your refuge in hot weather.
The Holiday cottage is rented on an "all-inclusive" basis: beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided, utilities (electricity, heating) and end-of-stay cleaning included.
Pets allowed (2 maximum) and fully enclosed grounds.
