La Ferme du Château Gîte

20 minutes from the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, in the grounds of a château dating back to the 15th century, Caroline and Vincent have restored "la ferme du château", where they now offer a 4-person holiday cottage as an extension of their home, with its own entrance.
On the garden level, you enter into a pretty living room where the charm of the past blends harmoniously with the contemporary. Equipped kitchen, dining area. Bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x200cm. En-suite shower room with walk-in shower and WC. Flat-screen TV.
Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs, on the mezzanine, lounge with TV, games and a little reading. You then enter the second 14m2 bedroom, also tastefully decorated, with a 180cmx200cm bed (which can be separated into 2x90x200cm). Flat-screen TV. En-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

In fine weather, enjoy the outdoors, with views of the park and château. Garden furniture. Nestled between the river and century-old trees, it's in this bucolic setting, on 6000 m2 of land, that you'll find your very own home.
A recharging point for electric vehicles is available on request and subject to availability (recharging package, see owner).
CHARGES: Heating - 1st bag of pellets free, then 6€/bag and electricity package from 15/10 to 15/03: 7€/day (to be paid directly to the owner).
