From the third person upwards, a second bedroom is available, with a 180x190cm double bed that can be converted into 2 single beds and a Kids bed (up to 10 years). On the landing, a separate toilet and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and double washbasin. Breakfast is served in Patricia's living room. This is a lovely room with exposed beams and a wood-burning stove, and on sunny days you can sit out on the terrace. In addition to the terrace, you also have a small, totally private, enclosed area with a wooden table, offering a very pleasant view of the surrounding Countryside. On the borders of the Côte d'or and the Yonne, there are many sites to visit nearby: Fontenay Abbey (listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1981) 20 km away. Château d'Ancy-le-Franc 18 km away. The Crémant de Bourgogne route is just 15 km away. And the small villages of Laignes and Ravières (with shops) are 10 minutes away. Baby bed available on request.
