Just 10 minutes from Saulieu and 20 minutes from the medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois, the Ferme de Sainte Isabelle welcomes you to a peaceful setting at the crossroads of two iconic regions of Burgundy: the Morvan and the Auxois. Located just outside the village, this detached house enjoys a privileged setting where only the owners live nearby.

As soon as you walk in, you’ll find a cozy living room with a TV and a wood-burning stove (wood provided), perfect for enjoying warm fires on winter evenings. This level also features a large, ground-level bedroom with its own private bathroom and toilet, a separate half-bath, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

On the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen. With its central island and wide range of appliances, it’s the perfect space for cooking enthusiasts to prepare meals in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The centerpiece of the house is undoubtedly the dining room, which features a dining area and a cozy lounge area with a second wood-burning stove.

On the third level, the landing leads to two double bedrooms. On one side is a large “dorm-style” bedroom equipped with four 90 x 200cm beds—ideal for kids or friends—with its own private bathroom and separate toilet. On the other side is a double bedroom. All double bedrooms are furnished with two 90 x 200cm beds.

Outside, accessible directly from the kitchen (via a small staircase), a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue will allow you to fully enjoy sunny days. The property is not fenced. Parking is available in front of the holiday cottage.
