Garden in shared 1-hectare park beside stream. Enclosed parking lot. Storage room. Peace and quiet assured. Access from the property's grounds to signposted footpaths.

9 km away: Nid à la Caille lake (supervised swimming). Cycle route along the Canal de Bourgogne. A few kilometers away, the medieval village of Flavigny sur Ozerain, and the château of Bussy Rabutin. The Abbey of Fontenay, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The Amphitrite Water Park in Montbard.

Anne Gîte très confortable à quelques kilomètres de nombreux sites touristiques
Maison très confortable, accueil très chaleureux. Nous avons juste eu un petit soucis d'odeur qui a été pris au sérieux tout de suite par les propriétaires. Sinon très bien équipé, jardin agréable, balades à faire aux alentours et à deux pas des sites d'Alesia et de Flavigny.
