La Cour du Moulin

On the outskirts of the village of Bouilland, 15 km from Beaune, a totally independent house on the heights of the 6500 m² property. Catherine and Patrick are on hand to offer you a warm welcome and to do their utmost to meet your requirements.

The secure swimming pool is open from May to September, heated only in July and August. Free access from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Dimensions 11.5 X 5.50. (Piscine may be shared with owners outside the times indicated in the description).

The house comprises :

On the first floor, a living room with an open kitchen. The living room is equipped with a pellet stove, provided free of charge. 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200) and a baby bed. 2 bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower. 2 separate toilets, one of which is very spacious, allowing access for people with reduced mobility. Room with table soccer.

Upstairs, an area dedicated to Kids with games and reading. Two attic bedrooms, one with a 140x190 bed, the other with 2 90x190 beds. Separate WC and shower room. A barrier is available to secure access to the staircase.

Outdoors are equipped with games for Kids, ping-pong table, bike rack and deckchairs. The Holiday cottage also includes: a terrace with garden table and barbecue (charcoal not provided). Unenclosed grounds. Communal tennis court, located 200 m from the property, is accessible free of charge, equipment provided.

Pets allowed at an extra charge of €30/stay.

Reversible air conditioning, wifi, TV. Bed linen provided, to be laid on the beds. Towels, household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are also included in the price. Detailed descriptions of Hiking in the area and tips for activities during your stay are available in the welcome book.

For stays of 2 nights, departures are authorized until 4 pm.
