In the heart of the medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois, this Holiday cottage combines historic charm with modern comforts. Housed in a group of 15th-century buildings, it is set in a quiet courtyard. First floor: spacious entrance with table soccer, shower room, WC. Fitted kitchen opening onto a raised living room with pellet stove. Bright dining room in a heated veranda overlooking the garden. Delonghi bean-to-cup coffee machine. One bedroom with 2 beds 100x190 gives access to a second bedroom upstairs with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90, en-suite shower room and WC. Independent studio with 1 bed 140, 1 bed 90, kitchenette, shower room and WC, also accessible from the ground-floor bedroom.
Outside, enjoy a 500 m² enclosed garden with breathtaking views of the collegiate church, heated tubular swimming pool (7.32 x 3.66 m, usable from April to September, weather permitting), electric barbecue, 4 bicycles at your disposal and exercise bike. Electric vehicle charging station. Free street parking.
Semur can be reached in 1h30 from Paris Gare de Lyon via TGV to Montbard (19 km), then TER bus stop 200 m away. The medieval town is full of charm, with its ramparts, fortified gates, keep and narrow streets leading to the banks of the Armançon. Discover the Notre-Dame collegiate church, the Museums, the tourist train and the Orle d'Or tower. Nearby: Epoisses, Bourbilly and Bussy-Rabutin castles, Fontenay Abbey (UNESCO), Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, MuséoParc Alésia, Lake Pont (beach, water games). Hiking on 320 km of marked trails. Fêtes médiévales du Roi Chaussé and Fête de la Bague in June.

Trés bon accueil des propriétaires.Un gite confortable correspondant au descriptif.Idéal dans son emplacement en coeur de ville. Agreable en exterieur avec les jeux pour enfants et la piscine.

Gite super agréable bien situé dans Semur, piscine, vélos, baby-foot, rien ne manquait pour passer un bon séjour et découvrir la Bourgogne

Notre client souhaitait arriver avant 16h et repartir après 10h
Nous lui avons rappelé que les horaires avaient été signalés par contrat sous couvert de Gîtes de France. Tous les autres avis montrent que l’accueil que nous réservons à nos clients est un point fort reconnu par tous. -

Un acceuil parfait, nous avons été gâtés, la fête de la bague a été un plus. L enthousiasme des propriétaires concernant Semur-en-Auxois, la région nous a permis de vivre un super séjour, ne changez rien...
Le gîte est à l image des proprios accueillant, chaleureux et super équipé, baby foot et piscine sont un plus.
Région magnifique Flavigny, époisses, Fontenay et le parc de l Auxois ont ravis grands et petits...
Une magnifique rencontre avec la patronne des délices du terroir a époisses qui a ravi nos papilles.... Une semaine c est trop court .. nous avons aussi apprécié la biscuiterie avec une visite très détaillée et dégustations, les producteurs locaux sont aussi très accessible et accueillant, même le petit primeur au bout de la route a été extra...
