20 m² living room with comfortable sofa bed (possibility of a third person), fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven), 13 m² bedroom with twin 80 x 190 beds (separable on request) opening onto private 6 m² balcony, lovely bathroom with WC. Access to Holiday cottage via shared laundry room on first floor (shared washing machine and tumble dryer). Baby bed.

Parking and 150 m² private, pleasant, flower-filled garden. 2 bicycles can be stored in the owners' garage. Local bakery.

Pets not allowed.

Hiking and Fishing trails on site. In the heart of Burgundy, Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, is just 15 minutes away. A city of art, Dijon's history can be explored at the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy, its Philippe le Bon tower, the fully renovated Musée des Beaux-Arts, the famous Dukes of Burgundy tombs and their weeping figures, the Owl cultural trail, the antique dealers' street and the covered Market under Les Halles. Its large Theater and auditorium also offer a rich, varied and international program.

In this dynamic City, getting around is easy thanks to the tramway and Vélodis. Numerous TGV connections (Paris 1h40 from Dijon) and a few minutes by regional train to Bretigny.
