First floor: living room with fitted kitchen and sitting room with wood-burning stove and sofa bed. WC. First floor: mezzanine with 1 pull-out bed 80 x 190, connecting to a double bedroom (bed 140), shower room with WC. Terrace with lovely view over the pastures. Sheltered parking in the shared courtyard of the owners, who live on site. Electric heating according to consumption. Baby equipment available on request. English and German spoken. The owners also have a private 25-acre pond, accessible without a fishing licence. Archery available in the commune.
Nearby: the town of Arnay-le-Duc: shops, Motte Forte Tower, Table Arts Museum, Etang Fouché lake, summer events and night markets. Châteaux of Chailly-sur-Armançon (golf course), Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, one of France's most beautiful villages, and Commarin. Pouilly-en-Auxois: cycle route, Maison de Pays, Burgundy canal interpretation center, La Billebaude boat cruise. Autun: beautiful cathedral and Gallo-Roman remains, Theater,... Morvan regional nature park: numerous walks and lakes. Saulieu: Bernard Loiseau's gastronomic city, François Pompon museum.

Benoît Excellent séjour !
Très bon accueil des propriétaires, M. et Mme PARFAIT sont chaleureux et d'une extrême gentillesse, toujours soucieux de répondre à nos souhaits. Ce fut à chaque fois un grand plaisir d'échanger avec eux pour avoir des conseils, etc.
Gîte très confortable, propre et au calme. Il a été aménagé avec goût et des matériaux de qualité. Il y fait bon vivre tant on s'y sent bien !
La région est très belle avec beaucoup de sites à visiter (Beaune, châteaux et abbayes, route des vins, etc.)
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Un joli gîte dans la cour des propriétaires, très bien équipé et agencé, avec une décoration soignée , belle terrasse, dans un tout petit hameau, d’un petit village.
Des propriétaires très discrets et très agréables, qui mettent tout en œuvre pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux.Nous avions fait un drive avant d’arriver à Autun, bonne initiative, car peu de commerces aux alentours…
Dans un rayon de 30/40 kms de belles
découvertes : Beaune evidemment et ses hospices, le Casissuim de Nuits St Georges, le magnifique château restauré de Châteauneuf, un des plus beaux villages de France, la visite très interressante des bonbons de Flavigny, plus Dijon et quelques autres curiosités que recèle cette région.- Cleanliness

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette belle maison. Jean-François et Dominique Parfait nous ont accueillis et accompagnés avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Merci, merci. La maison a été rénovée et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût, on s'y sent immédiatement à l'aise. Nous avions beaucoup d'espace pour trois personnes et avons apprécié le bel aménagement moderne. Vievy est un point de départ idéal pour explorer la Bourgogne. Beaune et Autun ne sont qu'à deux pas. Le Morvan, avec ses magnifiques forêts et ses lacs, invite à la randonnée et à la détente. Mais Dijon, Fontenay et le fantastique Vézelay sont également accessibles si l'on prend une journée. Si l'on ajoute à cela la superbe terrasse, le verger et la vue magnifique sur les prairies verdoyantes et la campagne, le bonheur bourguignon est tout simplement parfait. Nous reviendrons très certainement !!!
