In a small hamlet in the heart of the Morvan Regional Nature Park and a 10-minute drive from Lake Chamboux and Saulieu, single-storey detached house with garden and 2 bedrooms.

A large entrance hall with plenty of storage space and a washing machine leads to the veranda, which opens onto the enclosed garden. A first bedroom with large closets, TV and 160x200 bed is accessible from the veranda.

The terrace with its garden furniture lets you enjoy your meals outside in fine weather, and make the most of the barbecue.

Dining room and living room with TV and fireplace. A convertible sofa provides additional sleeping accommodation for 2, on request only.

Separate kitchen with plenty of storage and equipment. A corridor leads to the shower room with WC, then to the second bedroom with TV, large cupboards and 140x200 bed.

Umbrella bed, high chair, changing mat, small bath and potty on request.

Electric shutters in all rooms. Electric heating included + fireplace heating (insert with blower). Wood included.

All-inclusive Holiday cottage: bed linen and towels provided. Linen and end-of-stay cleaning included.

Pets are not allowed in the Holiday cottage.
