Private courtyard in front of the Holiday cottage and shared enclosed grounds. Parking available. Year-round tenant on the first floor of the house.
All shops nearby in Is-sur-Tille, a small, peaceful tourist town whose charm lies in the natural presence of water. Rich in history, the City is also famous for its Burgundy truffles and its crossword puzzle festival. Dijon, the capital of Burgundy, is 20 km away: an important city of art and history, and future city of gastronomy. Nearby leisure activities: Hiking, accrobranches, paintball, motocross, Bèze caves...

4ème ou 5ème séjour dans ce gîte à différents moments de l'année (quand on aime on ne compte pas) et toujours aussi contents. Nous éprouvons infiniment de plaisir à revoir nos hôtes.

Marc Séjour tranquille dans un environnement agréable reposant Présence d’un joli jardin fleuri.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants

BG Tranquille et très agréable, un condensé du terroir et du patrimoine de la Bourgogne
Gîte très pratique, confortable et bien équipé, dans une propriété ancienne et fleurie d'un bourg historique de la campagne bourguignonne. Accueil très sympathique.
