In a quiet hamlet, old renovated house, arranged on different levels (stairs). Large living room opening onto a fitted kitchen overlooking one of the terraces in the 400m² garden.
Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms, the 1st with 1 double bed (140cm), the second with 3 single beds (90cm), 2 of which can be twinned. 2 baby beds available. Bathroom with bath and shower, wc. Hi-Fi system. Tuned piano. Kids' Cabin, unfenced ecosystem pond. In the garden, there are 2 white cats who live outside (Chatnel and Peuf who come to say hello, they are very nice).
Baby equipment available: 2 Umbrella beds with extra mattresses, 2 high chairs, 1 baby bath, 1 potty, 1 bath bouncer.
Depending on the season, you can pick mirabelle plums, plums, apples, figs and walnuts in the garden. Public parking lot next to the Holiday cottage. Bicycles can be stored in the Holiday cottage.
Grosbois reservoir 10 minutes away (Swimming, Fishing) green environment with Forest and signposted Hiking trails. Ozerain valley. A few kilometers away, the medieval village of Flavigny sur Ozerain, the MuséoParc Alésia, the Château de Bussy Rabutin. Fontenay Abbey, a UNESCO World Heritage site. 24 km from the Dijon-Prenois racetrack. Golf de Chassagne in Malain. Climbing at Saffres. Dijon 35 km.

Gaëlle Excellent séjour au gîte Karloon.
La maison, très propre, vraiment très bien équipée (y compris la literie), reste fraîche par fortes chaleurs, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons profité du très beau jardin, de la terrasse, de la présence des chats et d'un grand calme. La région est magnifique, nous recommandons chaudement !

Kelly Parfait séjour détente et touristique entre amies
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au calme entres amies chez Carole. Le logement est spacieux et la literie confortable. Le jardin est un grand plus. J’ai été agréablement surprise de découvrir les deux chats du gîte et de m’en être occupée. Bisous à Puff!

Claudie un logement chaleureux, très bien équipé, très propre, excellente literie, décoration originale.
Nous recommandons ce gîte pour son site calme et accueillant, un logement très propre et une décoration très originale. Les informations pratiques sont tres bien indiquées sous forme de messages
dans des cadres. La présence des chats renforcent le côté chaleureux de ce gîte. Très discrets dans le jardin et très bien éduqués chacun pourra partager comme il le souhaite la compagnie des 2 chats en leur servant leurs croquettes.

Famille Guillerm Nous avons trouvé un gîte très propre, des pièces aménagées de façon originale (d'où notre choix initial) dans un environnement calme et verdoyant. Un plus : une cuisine très bien équipée et les multiples petits cadeaux de bienvenue. Un des 2 chats du gîte particulièrement attachant aussi. Recommandons ce gîte particulièrement.
