Back to basics in an isolated 17th-century fortified farmhouse, with this Holiday cottage renovated in 18th-century barns. Welcome to the HUGUES Holiday cottage: spacious living-dining room with fully-equipped kitchen and terrace overlooking the Forest. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140cm), en-suite shower room and WC, one of which is on the first floor with private access to the courtyard. One bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90, shower room and WC. Parking. Baby bed and high chair. Quality renovation, combining stone and wood. Exceptional location in the heart of a 40-hectare Forest. Pets not allowed.
Holiday cottage for 4 people on the property. NO TV. Piscine access in high season.
Wood central heating included. Charges and options : Bed linen provided, Bathroom linen: 5€ per person, End-of-stay cleaning: 100€ - Electricity according to meter reading (8khw / day included).
Nearby: the historic villages of Grancey-le-Château and Salives. Sources of the Seine and Coquille rivers. Shops in Is-sur-Tille and Selongey (Seb factory outlet). Abgeschiedenes Gite inmitten der Natur, bequeme Betten, eigenes großes Bad und eigene Toilette pro Schlafzimmer, sehr liebe Hunde...
Wir haben den Pool nicht genutzt, weil das Wasser keinen sauberen Eindruck machte.
Die Spülmaschine hat während unseres Aufenthaltes versagt. Der Vermieter hat schnell und unkompliziert geholfen.- Cleanliness

Merci pour votre retour. Concernant la piscine, les fortes chaleurs et les orages ont obligé à de fréquents nettoyages (vous avez vu une personne s’en charger durant votre séjour), ainsi qu’un apport accru de produits adaptés pour garantir la qualité de l’eau qui ont pu altérer la couleur de l’eau. Il est dommage que vous n’ayez pas osé en profiter car l’eau était parfaitement en règle avec les normes sanitaires en vigueur.

Heleen Mooie gite op prachtige locatie, met heel aardige eigenaren. We hebben twee heerlijke weken gehad.
Prachtige rustige plek met heerlijk zwembad en mooi uitzicht op de heuvels. Ook genoten van de honden die elke dag kwamen spelen en mee gingen tijdens het wandelen.

yann Un bon emplacement
Nous avons aimé l'environnement très calme, le logement spacieux, les salles de bain individuelles, la jolie vue, le beau bâtiment du 17ième siècle, le mobilier ancien, la faune sauvage très présente à proximité.
En revanche nous avons été en partie déçus par l'équipement, par la propreté de la vaisselle, le détecteur déclenchant les lumières de l'escalier et des couloirs de deux des salles de bain est assez pénible et inutile, un ferme-porte sur une des chambre du rez de chaussée provoque des claquements intempestifs , nous n'avons trouvé aucune infos touristiques à disposition.

Bonjour,
Merci pour votre retour qui nous permettra d’être plus vigilants à l’avenir. Le choix d’un éclairage automatique a été fait dans un souci d’économie d’énergie. Quant automatique groom qui bloque la porte coupe-feu c’est une installation réglementaire qui permet aux hôtes de se réfugier dans une pièce safe en cas d’incendie.
