Located in a small village 15 minutes from Dijon and 10 minutes from the prestigious Vineyard of Gevrey-Chambertin, large detached character house comprising 2 adjoining Holiday cottages for 6 people, which can be rented together or separately.

The Holiday cottage de la Poterie comprises, on the first floor: a beautiful living room with fireplace and kitchen area. Bathroom with shower cubicle and separate toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 with 2 90cm beds each, and the other with 2 twin 80cm beds. Bathroom with large corner bath and WC. 1 high chair, 2 baby beds, 1 bathtub.

The Holiday cottage de la Source comprises, on the first floor: a living room serving as a lounge and dining room where you can enjoy meals together. Kitchen. A bedroom with 2 twin beds (90cm), TV and en-suite shower room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds (90cm), TV and en-suite shower room. Separate WC.

Terrace, courtyard with 4-5 parking spaces, covered shed and 300 m² enclosed garden. Secure bicycle storage. No pets allowed.
