Basement: washing machine, 2nd fridge with freezer compartment, wood storage, table soccer room with bike storage.
Outside: terrace with garden furniture. 400 m² approval garden.
Unheated Piscine (7.5 m x 3.5 m) covered by a retractable dome. Shaded picnic area with table-bench and charcoal barbecue. Table tennis under cover.
