A few kilometers from Saint-Seine l'Abbaye and the sources of the Seine, and 15 kms from Dijon, self-contained holiday cottage on the ground floor of the owners' house.
Spacious fitted kitchen with antique floor tiles and open fireplace. Large living room with sofa and 1 bed 140. 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet.
All utilities included except in low season (heating surcharge see below): household linen, towels and dishcloths, wood and electricity and end-of-stay cleaning included in rates.
Heating supplement from mid-October to end-April (15 €/day).
Pets not allowed.
Raclette and fondue services, board games available. Private south-facing terrace. Vast, fully enclosed 2000 m² communal courtyard. Garage.
