Independent Bungalow, comprising: fitted kitchen, dining room opening onto living room, with TV, wifi, sofa bed, 1 separate WC, 1 shower room, 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 twin 90 cm beds. Laundry room in garage. Outside: private parking in enclosed courtyard, small terrace at front of gîte, garden and 2nd terrace at rear, with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue. 1 baby bed + high chair on request.
Numerous leisure activities and tourist sites nearby: Hiking, Burgundy canal cycle route, Chailly golf course, Prenois racetrack. 25 minutes from Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and Cité de la Gastronomie. Beaune, capital of Burgundy wines, MuseoParc Alesia and Morvan Regional Park. Boat cruises to Pouilly-en-Auxois. Châteaux of Commarin and Châteauneuf-en-Auxois. Panthier and Grosbois reservoirs with seasonal beaches.

Bed linen provided. Electricity included. Housekeeping included. Oil heating : 8 € / day from April to mid-May and September - 10 €/day from October to mid-May : to be paid on site to the owner.

XXXX Pavillon très bien aménagé . Se Situe à proximité des commerces, mais proche d'une route très passagère, ce qui peut être gênant pour des séjours en été (fenêtres ouvertes).
