Upstairs: 4 bedrooms each with 1 x 160 cm bed, 1 bathroom with Italian shower, 1 separate toilet. First floor: 1st gaming room with table soccer and arcade machines, 1st floor (access via spiral staircase): 1 Cinema room with video projector and home cinema, 2nd floor (access via spiral staircase): 1 billiards room. Umbrella bed + high chair available on request. No washing machine. Outside: large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. 5-seater Spa heated all year round. 4x10 m Piscine, open from April to October (heated from May 1 to September 30). Private closed parking for 6 cars (or more depending on size).
