Ten kilometers from Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines, this Holiday cottage has been renovated and fitted out on one level in an old stone farmhouse. With a lovely view over the flower-filled garden, the living room comprises a sitting area, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms: one with a 140x200 bed and the second with 2 80x200 beds that can be twinned to form a 160 bed. Shower room with WC. Private terrace and 5400 m² shared garden. Parking space.

Bed linen and cleaning included in rates. Possibility of breakfast and cleaning during stay at extra cost. Heating shared with owners by wood pellet boiler and electricity included in prices. Bathroom linen hire: €5 per person for the stay.


All shops in Beaune 9 km away, a tourist city with many points of interest: Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage site, numerous restaurants and wine-tasting cellars, museums, park, etc. Also close to renowned wine villages: Meursault, Pommard, Volnay... on the Route des Grands Crus, whose climats are also listed as World Heritage sites.
