Welcome to our home. Our village is in the Countryside, surrounded by fields. Water flows in Montigny, with 4 small wash-houses and a small river 5 minutes away.

In the quiet of a small village with shops (bakery, pharmacy), discover this gîte adjoining a rarely-occupied holiday home, located not far from the owners' house, which also offers B&B accommodation. Accessible by a step, the gîte offers a cosy living room with wood-burning stove and TV, and a kitchen (no dishwasher).

Upstairs, two adjoining bedrooms: one with a single bed (80 cm) and en-suite WC, ideal for two kids or an adult, and one with a double bed (160 cm) and en-suite shower room and WC. You'll enjoy shared outdoor spaces, including a veranda and a small garden not adjoining the gîte, ideal for relaxing and bird-watching All-inclusive stay: Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen, end-of-stay cleaning, heating and electricity. Pets allowed (1 maximum). High chair and baby bed available on request. Situated at the gateway to the Route du Crémant du Châtillonnais and not far from the Forest National Park, the location is ideal for exploring the north of the department. Velorail 2 km away.
