Eric and his wife welcome you to a very comfortable Holiday cottage, ideally located facing the river, for a convivial and shared stay. Sleeping up to 12 people, this house is perfect for a stay with family or friends.

On the first floor, you'll enjoy a spacious, light-filled living room featuring a fully-equipped kitchen with central island, opening onto a convivial dining area. On the same level, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Continuing on, a large gaming room will delight young and old alike: pool table, board games, retro arcade machine... a real space dedicated to relaxation. This room leads via a small wooden staircase to a large bedroom with an open-plan shower room (shower and WC). Upstairs, the main staircase leads to two bedrooms and a separate WC on one side, and a TV lounge, two further double bedrooms and a shower room with WC on the other. (160cm beds in each bedroom) At the rear of the house, for added peace and quiet (as the Holiday cottage is close to the main road), you'll find an enclosed plot of land. A large raised terrace is at your disposal, with a wide range of facilities: fridge, ice maker, gas barbecue and plancha, pizza oven and even a beer tapping machine. Pets are welcome, and secure parking (gate) is provided on site. Two extra beds can be provided on request (folding beds). This holiday cottage is particularly attractive to families or groups of friends, and also to fishing enthusiasts, thanks to the river just a few yards away. Ideally located in the heart of the Forest National Park and close to the Crémant road, it's a great place to discover the region, and a great place to stay for a stay that combines comfort, nature and conviviality.
