Close to Beaune and its Vineyard, the Holiday cottage du Pin, a modern single-storey house, offers you: 1 fully-equipped kitchen with central island, open onto living room with sofa bed (2 persons possible on request with supplement), TV, WIFI. Baby equipment available: Small bathtub, high chair and baby bed.
3 bedrooms, each with 1 140 cm bed and 1 dressing room. 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub. 1 separate toilet. Reversible air-conditioning. Attractive terrace with pergola overlooking fully enclosed garden. Unobstructed view of the Countryside. Garden furniture, barbecue. Enclosed private parking (electric gate).
In a small, quiet village in the Countryside, in the heart of Burgundy and close to major tourist attractions: Clos de Vougeot château, Cîteaux Abbey, the cultural and gastronomic cities of Nuits-St-Georges and Beaune, with the famous Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Tastings and cellar tours on the Route des Grands Crus, also a Unesco World Heritage site. Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and Cité de la Gastronomie, is also just 35 minutes away.
Utilities and options: bed linen, cleaning, heating, air conditioning and electricity included. Towels optional: €5/person.

Simon Gite neuf lumineux et au calme. Le jardin clos est très appréciable avec un chien. Les propriétaires habitent la maison à côté et sont discrets et disponibles.
Nous n'y avons passé que quelques jours et avons apprécié ce gite.- Cleanliness

CVMAILLOT Gîte très propre et bien équipé, dans un village très calme.
Idéal lorsqu’on vient avec un chien car le terrain est bien clos et les animaux sont les bienvenus
