The Holiday cottage du Moulin Commot offers :
First floor: 1 living room with sofa, armchairs, TV, fireplace, WIFI, bar with small fridge and sound system, 1 dining room, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, 1 shower room with WC and 1 separate WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160 x 200cm bed, 2 bedrooms each with 1 x 140cm bed + 1 x 90cm bed (2 bunk beds), 1 large bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed + 1 x 90cm bed (2 bunk beds). 1 bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Numerous board games, books for Kids...
An adjoining apartment, offering a small kitchenette (with microwave and mini-fridge), small terrace with lovely views of the surrounding Countryside, 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and 1 upstairs bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. 1 bathroom with toilet.
Large 13,000 m² grounds with covered swimming pool (heated as an option) open from Easter to mid-October (9x4 m, depth 0.50 m to 1.80 m). Large terrace. Garden furniture with parasols, deckchairs. Barbecue and plancha. Barn with table tennis, darts, molki, etc. Large petanque court. Small stream on the property (Kids are the responsibility of parents).
Housekeeping, heating, wood and electricity included. Towels not included (no rental possible).
Bed linen option: €160
Piscine heating option: €80 per weekend and €160 per week.
Close to the Burgundy canal and its cycle route, the Chailly golf course, the Auxois motor racing circuit and the Pouilly-Maconge airfield, the Châteauneuf castle and the MuséoParc Alésia... 40 minutes from Dijon (Capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and Cité de la Gastronomie), 30 minutes from Beaune.
Parties, stag and hen parties prohibited.

Françoise gite très agréable , très spacieux et très bien équipé.
huit adultes. nous avons passé un bien agréable séjour . malgré un temps mitigé pour la saison (mi juillet) nous avons pu profiter tous les jours de la piscine couverte et de tous les espaces extérieurs , boulodrome, ping-pong, prairie.

arnaud Magnifique, l'endroit est calme et correspond parfaitement au descriptif.
Le beau temps était au rendez-vous. La cuisine et le coin barbecue/plancha sont parfaits avec une belle terrasse extérieure avec suffisamment de tables et de chaises, avec de grands parasols pour passer un bon repas, jouer aux cartes.... Le coin pétanque est super sympa. La zone près de la rivière avec des chaises longues permet de se reposer ou de lire au calme. La piscine couverte est parfaite. Je recommande le chef à domicile, pierre pierret qui nous a régalé. Un week-end prolongé avec le 14 juillet, pour fêter mes 50 ans, qui restera un très bon moment avec la belle surprise d'avoir un très beau feu d'artifice le 13 juillet au soir en haut de la butte côté coin feu de camp. Le gîte étant isolé des autres habitations, permet de pousser un peu la musique en ne gênant personne. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Il y a une réserve pour mettre les boissons au frais et les glaces dans un grand congélateur. Les nombreuses chambres permettent de loger parfaitement ses invités.

Natacha Super séjour pour notre cousinade !
Le lieu est superbe : très grand terrain, endroit aménagé pour les soirées feu de camp, différentes terrasses pour être au soleil, à l'ombre, etc. La maison est très agréable et très bien équipée.
Les hôtes sont très sympas et à l'écoute.

Julie Excellent séjour dans un havre de paix
Gîte charmant, perdu au milieu de la nature (arbres, ruisseau). Les extérieurs sont magnifiques, plusieurs terrasses sont disponibles (pour toujours trouver le soleil), la piscine couverte est très agréable, le coin "feu de camp" nous a permis de passer des soirées mémorables... Le gîte lui-même est très bien équipé, tout y est, et très propre. Ce séjour était vraiment parfait. Un seul souci : nous n'avions loué que pour une semaine, nous serions bien resté beaucoup plus ;-) Nous reviendrons. A recommander sans hésitation.
