Large basement with laundry room, shower and additional WC, garage for 3 cars, table tennis, billiards, table soccer.

Outside: terrace accessible from the dining room and 600 m² enclosed garden around the house. Gas heating (daily flat rate, weather permitting) and wood heating available. Quiet residential neighborhood overlooking fields, within easy reach of all amenities in Dijon, the capital of Burgundy (streetcar 2 km away, ideal for getting to the city center).
Palais des Ducs de Bourgogne and Tour Philippe le Bon, the remarkable churches of Notre-Dame, Saint-Michel and Saint-Bénigne, the Chouette cultural trail, archaeological and fine arts Museums... All shops nearby. Covered Market under Les Halles. Numerous restaurants, including 3 with Michelin stars. Dijon is also a lively city, with events organized throughout the year. Leisure activities: Lake Kir and the Burgundy Canal cycle route just outside Dijon. First vineyards on the Route des Grands Crus at Marsannay-la-Côte.
