A few steps lead up to the 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are equipped with double beds (140cm) and the 3rd with 2 single beds (90cm). Italian-style shower room with WC.

Private terrace and 100 m² raised garden with swing, slide, trampoline and sandpit at the rear of the Holiday cottage. Bicycles available. Garage with table tennis and table soccer. Sheltered parking lot opposite Holiday cottage. Baby bed, high chair, booster seat, bathtub and changing mat, child safety gates.

11 km away, Le Nid à la Caille lake: supervised swimming, games for Kids, Lake de Pont with beach. Cycle route along the Canal de Bourgogne. Numerous cultural sites nearby: MuséoParc Alésia, Abbaye de Fontenay, medieval towns of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain (also known for its aniseed) and Semur-en-Auxois, Château de Bussy-Rabutin, Epoisses.

Charges and extras :
Bed linen: 7 € for a single bed and 14 € for a double bed. End-of-stay cleaning: €50. Bathroom linen: €5 per person per stay. Oil heating: €30 per week to €56 per week in winter. Or by meter reading.
Electricity according to meter reading (8 kWh/day included).
Wood for stove provided.
