In the heart of the Forest National Park, in a quiet, unspoilt setting, discover this large character Holiday cottage located at the end of a cul-de-sac, where serenity and nature reign. The main Holiday cottage welcomes you with a superb living area of over 70 m² including an open-plan fitted kitchen, a convivial dining area and a comfortable lounge. Also on the ground floor, a spacious bedroom (160cm bed) with direct access to the terrace. On the first floor, a mezzanine with table soccer leads to a small bedroom with a 140 cm double bed; a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and en-suite shower room; and a family room ideal for 3 people, with a 140 cm bed and a mezzanine with an 80 x 200 cm bed, perfect for a child. For greater independence and privacy, a 25m2 studio apartment near the Piscine completes the ensemble. It includes a 160cm double bed and two quality convertible sofas (120cm), shower and separate WC. The accommodation has several terraces with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. In summer, enjoy the heated Piscine from June 1 to September 15. Its atypical shape is a real charm, but can be dangerous for Kids. The swimming pool is secured by an alarm. Private parking in front of the Holiday cottage. Closed garage for bikes and motorcycles (on request). Laundry room with washing machine. Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility (many steps in the garden to access the terraces). Holiday cottage not suitable for parties or events.
