Accessible by 8 steps, the Holiday cottage comprises: - a fully-equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), - a dining room, - a bright living room that can be converted into a bedroom thanks to a good-quality 140 cm sofa bed with TV, - a bedroom with two single beds (90x200), - a shower room with walk-in shower, - and separate WC. Outside, you'll enjoy a pleasant private garden, with garden furniture and a gas barbecue for outdoor meals. One car can be parked on the property, and free parking is available in the street. Bikes and motorcycles can be stored in the garage on request. All inclusive: beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided and end-of-stay cleaning included. Baby equipment is available on request. The City bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, providing easy access to Dijon's historic center. At the end of the street, you'll find a playground, a pétanque court and a Restaurant. The house is non-smoking. Pets not allowed.
