In a small, peaceful village 25 minutes from Djjon, the Holiday cottage de l'Ambiance is the ideal place for family gatherings or friends. First floor: Large living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining room with direct access to terrace, sitting area with wood-burning stove (wood supplied), TV, Bluetooth speaker, spotlights, bar with beer taps and ice maker. 7 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with 2 90 cm beds each, 3 bedrooms with 1 160 cm bed each, 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed + 1 90 cm bed). TV in each room. 1 disabled-accessible bathroom with shower and WC, 2 identical bathrooms with Italian shower, 2 separate WCs. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs: 2 dormitories with 5 beds of 90 cm each. 1 shower room. 1 separate WC. 2 Umbrella beds + 1 high chair, 1 baby bath and 1 booster seat available.
Outside: large front courtyard with parking. Kids (slide, swing). Petanque court (boules provided). Ping-pong table. At rear, large covered terrace with unobstructed view, garden furniture, brazier. Partially enclosed grounds (front only).

Nearby: the Seine and Suzon valleys with their game-filled Forests, criss-crossed by signposted footpaths, accessible by mountain bike. Prenois motor racing circuit. The Sources de la Seine and the famous sites of the Auxois region: Flavigny sur Ozerain, MuséoParc Alésia, Château de Bussy-Rabutin, World Heritage-listed Abbaye de Fontenay. Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy: Museums, the historical Owl trail, Halles markets, Cité de la Gastronomie, Michelin-starred restaurants... A bus to Dijon passes through the village.
