You'll enjoy an exceptional setting in a Natura 2000 area. The Holiday cottage is located just a few meters from the Rhoin river, under the village cliffs and bordered by the Forest, providing peace and quiet. Numerous hiking and cycling trails start from the Holiday cottage. Climbing enthusiasts can also take advantage of some 400 climbing routes.

Holiday cottage de la Vallée du Rhoin is ideally situated between the Unesco World Heritage wine-growing coast, the Burgundy canal and the Auxois region.
This former semi-detached stone barn has been completely renovated, retaining the original troughs which have been converted into benches. First floor: travertine living room with dining area, TV, fitted kitchen and pellet stove. Shower room. Laundry room and separate WC.
Upstairs: bedroom with 160cm bed. A large room can be used as a TV lounge or as a bedroom with a comfortable 140cm sofa bed, and a mezzanine with 2 twin 80x190cm beds (i.e. 160cm, non-separable). 2nd separate toilet with washbasin.
Courtyard with terrace and parking in front of the Holiday cottage. Secure barn for storing bicycles. Electric heating according to consumption in winter (16kwh per day included). 3 x 15kg bags of pellets included per week, as well as bed linen (beds made on arrival) and final cleaning. Folding bed, high chair and baby bath on request. Owners nearby, as well as a year-round rental (access to the cellar is via the gîte's courtyard).
The owners have preserved the spirit and authenticity of the place by using local objects, while bringing in a modern touch.
Close to Beaune, the capital of Burgundy, famous for its Hospices. Numerous wine villages to visit in the vicinity.
Charges and extras : Electricity and heating according to meter reading (over and above the 16kwh per day included in the price). Towel hire: €5 per person. €6 per additional bag of granules.

Brigitte/Fred Très beau gîte joliment aménagé dans un charmant hameau avec vue magnifique sur falaises et forêt.
Accueil chaleureux de Jean-Noël avec de nombreuses informations sur les visites proches. Florence met à disposition un book bien détaillé avec proposition d'une semaine "type" de découvertes autour du gîte. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement très bien situé pour visiter Beaune, la route des vins et ses environs. Nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Florence et Jean-Noël.

Nico Enjoyable stay
We loved the gite, it was well equiped and the bed was very comfortable. Outside its nice and quiet but your are only 15 mins away from Beaune. Florence and Jean-Noel were very friendly.

GILBERT Séjour très agréable chez Florence et Jean Noel, propriétaires accueillants et très sympathiques.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les deux soirées que nous avons passées avec les propriétaires qui nous ont permis de mieux connaître leur village et plus globalement la Bourgogne. Nous avons aussi découvert avec eux la campagne environnante au cours d'une grande balade autour du village. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour. Concernant le gite, décoré avec beaucoup de gout, nous avons pu profité pleinement de son confort et de ses équipements.
