Located in a small village 15 minutes from Dijon and 10 minutes from the prestigious Vineyard of Gevrey-Chambertin, detached house adjoining another gîte.

First floor: Living room with exposed stonework, serving as dining room and lounge.

Kitchen: oven, induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, small electrical appliances.

Bedroom with 2 twin beds (90cm), TV and en-suite shower room. Separate WC.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds (90cm), TV and en-suite shower room. Separate WC. On request: Umbrella bed and high chair.

Terrace in front of Holiday cottage and covered shelter. Parking in shared courtyard.

Possibility of renting the adjoining Holiday cottage for 6 people, for a total of 12.
Pets are not allowed.
