First floor in waxed concrete: living-dining room with fully-equipped kitchen and direct access to a lovely wooden terrace. One bedroom with 2 twin beds (80cm). Bathroom with shower and WC. First floor: bedroom with 2 twin 80 beds. Heating by pellet stove with high autonomy. Extra bed available in living room or downstairs bedroom. Baby bed and high chair available on request. Last-minute overnight rentals available at €120. Parking and shared grounds on 2 hectares. 4 other Holiday cottages in the grounds, with a total capacity of 20 to 25 people (references: 21G901-21G902-21G904-21G905 and 21G3026). Next to the Holiday cottages, the old railway station serves as a reception point with WC, shared laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer) and janitor's accommodation upstairs. The common room (equipped with a kitchenette with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave) is available free of charge to tenants booking 4 or more Holiday cottages at the same time (except for a compulsory €60 cleaning fee). For reservations of 3 Holiday cottages, this room is available for an additional charge of 100€. Charges and extras : End-of-stay cleaning package: €50. Bed linen: 7 € for a single bed and 14 € for a double bed. Bathroom linen: €5 per person per stay. Pellet heating: €8 per day, depending on period. Pet supplement: €10 per day (max. 1 pet).
