2 km from the Sources de la Seine, traditional stone house on 3 levels. Garden level, accessed by a stone staircase and opening onto a large angled terrace with lawn. Kitchen and dining/living room with wood-burning stove opening onto a veranda. Bathroom, separate WC and laundry room. 1st floor: a large bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and a vast relaxation room with reading and music area (contemporary ambience, insert fireplace). Access to this level is also via a street-level entrance. 2nd floor: study area and TV on the Mezzanine bed. 4 bedrooms: 2 with 1 140cm bed each, 2 others with 1 140cm bed and 1 90cm bed, and one with 1 90cm bed. 2 bathrooms with WC. Each room has its own particular tone. Possibility of 2 extra beds in a sofa bed. Covered terrace with traditional bread oven for pizza evenings. Leisure area with small semi-underground swimming pool (unheated / depth: 1.20 m) from early June to September, weather permitting, secured by fence and gate. Solar shower. Table tennis. Enclosed grounds of 600 m². The immediate surroundings offer many pleasures, thanks to the presence of nature and the proximity of the communal wash-house and pond. The sunset over the horizon in front of the illuminated fountain is the most beautiful of postcards... Nearby forests are ideal for walks, as are the villages of Saint-Seine-l'Abbaye, Salmaise and Flavigny-sur-Ozerain. Bussy-Rabutin, Fontenay, Semur-en-Auxois and the Forges de Buffon are ideal for day trips, not forgetting Dijon and the Côte des vins. Wood provided free of charge. Bed linen and cleaning included.
