In a characterful village overlooking the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Vineyard and famous for its rocks, this stone house has been completely renovated. It offers all modern comforts for an ideal stay in any season.

First floor: bright living room with dining area, fitted kitchen and TV lounge. Wood-burning stove and direct access to terrace. Laundry room and separate WC.

First floor: 1 bedroom with high ceilings and sitting area (160cm bed), 1 second bedroom with 160cm bed and small balcony overlooking the village. Shower room with large shower and WC. Courtyard and sheltered terrace with electric plancha. Parking in front of Holiday cottage. Adjoining barn. Low-speed WiFi. Motorcycles and bicycles can be stored at the owner's opposite the Holiday cottage.
