In a quiet village, pretty detached house, entirely renovated with taste. First floor: entrance hall, living room with connected TV, shower room with Italian shower, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160X200 cm. First floor: 1 bedroom open onto landing with 1 bed 140x190 cm, communicating with 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 cm with private shower room, separate WC. Baby bed, high chair and toilet on request. Lower level: dining room with pellet stove (1st bag free, over €6/bag) and fully-equipped kitchen. 1 separate toilet. Direct access to terrace and garden, with lovely unobstructed views over the Countryside. Public parking lot in front of the Holiday cottage.
Numerous leisure activities and tourist attractions nearby: Hiking, Burgundy canal cycle route, Chailly golf course, Prenois racetrack. All shops in Sombernon, 4 km away. 30 minutes from Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and Cité de la Gastronomie. Beaune, capital of Burgundy wines, MuseoParc Alesia and Morvan Regional Park. Boat cruises to Pouilly-en-Auxois. Châteaux of Commarin and Châteauneuf-en-Auxois. Panthier and Grosbois reservoirs with seasonal beaches.

On request and for hire: bathroom linen (bath sheet 70x140cm and bath towel 50x100cm) = €7/person for the duration of your stay.

malgré temps moyen et froid, gite bien chauffé, propre et agreable, magnifique baie vitrée, le paysage est tres beau. les propriétaires sont charmants et serviables.

Magnifique séjour à Echannay, nous avons été très bien accueilli (merci beaucoup pour l'attention de la bouteille) dans un gîte superbe et fonctionnel. Merci également pour toutes les suggestions de visite... Le temps étant de la partie, nous en avons bien profité et quel bonheur de retrouver la fraîcheur du gîte le soir et de profiter de la super terrasse au cœur de cette belle campagne !
