Independent stone Bungalow, fully renovated and accessible to the disabled. Modern, fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the dining room and living room. 3 pleasant bedrooms: one with 1 bed 160 x 200, one with 2 beds 90 and one with 1 bed 140 and its own bathroom (bath and WC). TV in the living room and an additional TV in either bedroom. A second bathroom adapted for disabled guests, with WC. Baby bed, bath and high chair available.
2 pets max. 2 parking spaces. Closed bicycle storage.

In front of the house, a vast 500 m² enclosed courtyard (with lawn area) allows you to park your vehicles and enjoy the outdoors. 2 dining areas. The large former barn has been converted into an unheated gaming room, complete with ping pong table, table soccer and various games. The house is equipped with a wood-burning stove and additional electric radiators.

No overcrowding, even during the day (no guests).

Nearby: Burgundy canal, Parc zoologique de l'Auxois (zoo, rides and swimming pool in summer), MuséoParc Alésia. Châteaux of Châteauneuf en Auxois, Bussy-Rabutin, Abbaye de Fontenay. Semur en Auxois, Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, a beautiful medieval town famous for its aniseed. Grosbois reservoir with Beach. Roches de Beaume and Saffres. Regular shuttle bus service to Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy. The Route des Grands Crus leading to Beaune.
