In a small, quiet village in the heart of the Vineyard and along the Grands Crus wine route, the Holiday cottage de Fixey - 1, located on the ground floor of a house with two Holiday cottages, offers: a large, fully equipped kitchen open to the living/dining room, TV, a sofa bed that sleeps two additional guests (140 cm), 1 bathroom with a large walk-in shower, 1 separate toilet, 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed, and 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed. An Umbrella bed and high chair are available. Access to an outbuilding with a washing machine and bike storage. At the front of the holiday cottage: terrace with patio furniture, umbrella, and barbecue. Large enclosed courtyard (shared with neighbors): 1 parking space.
Option to rent the holiday cottage upstairs for a total of 12 people.
