In the heart of a quiet, verdant rural setting, at the gateway to the Morvan Regional Nature Park, Catherine opens the doors to her Holiday cottage, which has been lovingly converted and is located close to her house. Upon entering, you'll find a large living room with wood-burning stove and TV, a fully-equipped kitchen (gas stove) and a large, comfortable bedroom with a 160x190cm bed, a bathroom with WC.
Upstairs, young and old alike will appreciate the large gaming room with billiards table, as well as two welcoming bedrooms (one with two single beds, the other with a 140cm double bed), completed by a shower room and separate WC.

Outside, the Holiday cottage opens onto a lovely private enclosed area, ideal for relaxing in peace and quiet, with garden furniture and an unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside. In fine weather, enjoy the shared swimming pool (open from mid-May to mid-September), secured by an alarm, as well as a pleasant sheltered summer kitchen with barbecue, perfect for prolonging evenings outdoors. Easy parking in front of the Holiday cottage. Pet welcome (1 maximum), although they may come into contact with one of the owner's pets.
