In the heart of a wine-growing village on the Côte de Beaune, the Holiday cottage de Beauneaugure is a fully-renovated, detached, semi-detached house.

First floor with exposed stonework: large 70 m² living room with contemporary fitted kitchen, dining room and sitting room with pellet stove. Bathroom with corner bath and walk-in shower. Separate WC.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and mezzanine with a single bed (90cm) (can be moved to either bedroom if required).
Terrace in front of the house. Bikes and mountain bikes available (see owner). Tiled garage for motorcycles or bicycles only. Parking in shared courtyard.

Chorey-lès-Beaune is located on the Route des Grands Crus, whose Climats are now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Just 3 km from Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines, and its famous Hospices, also a Unesco World Heritage Site. Numerous restaurants and wine-tasting cellars. Stroll through the vineyards, along the ramparts or through the Parc de la Bouzaise, a cycle route through the Vineyard between Beaune and Santenay.
