Tiled 1st floor with kitchenette opening onto living room, fireplace. Satellite TV (TNT). Shower room. Separate WC. 2nd floor with parquet flooring: 1 bedroom with 2 pull-out 90cm beds and 1 bedroom with 1 140cm bed. Enclosed 30 m² terrace.
Unenclosed 40 m² courtyard with parking. Closed garage. Baby bed, high chair, bathtub and gates.
The owner accepts a maximum of 2 pets at no extra charge.
There is no WIFI in the Holiday cottage.
Auxois Animal Park and Water Park 1 km away. Lake de Pont 10 km away: equipped beach, supervised swimming in summer, fishing. Cycle route along the Canal de Bourgogne 6 km away.

Les bretons sejour bien agreable

Magali&Guy Notre Séjour c'est très bien passé. Gite très agréable, terrasse ensoleillée, équipements complets. La situation de celui-ci dans un village très calme et sympathique tout en étant très proche de la nationale donnant un accès aisé aux attractions touristiques des environs.
