In the center of the village, large independent Holiday cottage with first floor and 1st floor in Comblanchien stone, 2 km from Nuits-St-Georges, ideal for getting together with family or friends.

First floor: Dining room. Kitchen. Living room with 2 convertible sofas. 1 bedroom with double bed (140cm). A shower room with WC and a shower room with 2 showers, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility, with adjoining WC. Separate WC. Mezzanine bed with 4 single beds (90cm).

On the other side of the Holiday cottage, there's a second mezzanine floor with a 140cm bed, connecting to 3 bedrooms (3 140cm beds), a bathroom and separate WC.

(The landing room has been closed off to make a bedroom with a velux window).

Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair, changing mat. Communal playground in the immediate vicinity of the Holiday cottage, with swing and slide.

Bikes can be stored in the Holiday cottage's backyard.

Dogs are welcome (1 pet allowed) as long as the quiet of the neighborhood and the gîte's facilities are respected. Unfortunately, for health reasons, cats are not allowed in the Holiday cottage. Supplement of €7 per day per animal.

Terrace on 200 m² enclosed grounds. Storage room. Disabled access on first floor. Large public parking lot nearby.

GR1, GR2, Nuits-Saint-Georges. Forest of Cîteaux and its abbey. Clos de Vougeot castle. Village hall nearby, available for hire from the Mairie.
