In the center of the village, large independent Holiday cottage with first floor and 1st floor in Comblanchien stone, 2 km from Nuits-St-Georges, ideal for getting together with family or friends.

First floor: Dining room. Kitchen. Senseo pod coffee maker. Living room with 2 convertible sofas. 1 bedroom with double bed (140cm). A shower room with WC and a shower room with 2 showers, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility, with adjoining WC. Separate WC. Mezzanine bed: 4 x 90 cm beds.

On the other side of the Holiday cottage, upstairs: 4 bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed, bathroom and separate WC (the landing room has been closed off to make a bedroom with a velux window).

Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair, changing mat. Communal playground in the immediate vicinity of the Holiday cottage, with swing and slide.

Bikes can be stored in the Holiday cottage's backyard.

A maximum of 1 dog allowed at a supplement of €7/night, as long as the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and the Holiday cottage's facilities are respected. For health reasons, cats are not allowed in the Holiday cottage.

Terrace on 200 m² enclosed grounds. Storage room. Disabled access to first floor. Large public parking lot nearby.
