On one level, you’ll enjoy a large, open, inviting, and bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Separate but open to the main living area, a lounge with a flat-screen TV invites you to relax, while a home office set up in the vaulted cellar with exposed stone walls offers a cool and charming setting, ideal for working from home. Also on the ground floor, there is a double bedroom (160x200cm bed) with an open-concept bathroom. 1 separate toilet.

Upstairs, a large mezzanine level features 4 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed, and 1 four-person bedroom with beautiful terracotta floor tiles (single beds measuring 90x200cm), perfect for kids or a group of friends. 2 bathrooms (one of which includes a washer and dryer) and 2 separate toilets.

From the kitchen, a direct path leads to a magnificent terrace sheltered by a wooden awning (garden furniture, lounge chairs, fire pit). Right next to it, the unheated Piscine (8 x 4 m, depth 1.60 m, secured by an electric cover) promises refreshing and exciting moments, with an outdoor shower nearby. A few steps up, a terrace featuring a Spa offers a breathtaking view of the village: the feeling of looking down on it is simply magical.
