Upstairs: a loft with 2 sofa beds for 2 people. Two bedrooms, each with a 140-bed and a Baby bed. Two additional bedrooms, each with two 90-beds. Bathroom and separate toilet. Parking and a vegetable garden are available in front of the house. A 30 m² covered terrace at the back, not overlooked by neighbors. Large, elevated, unfenced garden area with a swing and a small slide.
Nearby: an 18-hole Golf course at the Château de Chailly-sur-Armaçon; explore the medieval village of Mont-Saint-Jean overlooking the hamlet. Numerous hiking trails. Lake Panthier with supervised swimming during the season. Lake Settons (water park, swimming, sailing, mountain biking, kids’ playgrounds, etc.). Bierre-les-Semur (tree-top adventure course for all ages). Mâlain Castle (Medieval), Bibracte (Mont Beuvray: historic site), Parc de l’Auxois (zoo and amusement park). Chloé Très bon gite
Maison très adapté pour un séjour entre amis nous étions 11 adultes et 4 bébés de moins de 2 ans.
Le jardin surélevé est un vrai plus.
L'idéal est quand même de venir à 10, car plus de 10, des personnes dorment dans la mezzanine qui est traversante.

Superbe week-end entre cousins grâce à la cabotaine.
Malgré la fraîcheur à l'intérieur on s'est senti très bien dans la maison. La cheminée en foyer ouvert à rajouté un super charme.- Cleanliness

PIERRE Sejour agréable dans région très calme avec vue sur le chateau de Mont St Jean
Maison spacieuse, sympathique à vivre, avec un petit manque de propreté et de finition de travaux . Cheminée fonctionnelle pour agrémenter la pièce principale. Beaucoup de ballade à faire avec de beaux points de vue.
